Start-up
You may order your
website hosting account at any time with no additional set-up fees.
Automatic monthly payments
Your monthly hosting fee will be charged to your credit card on file
on or around the first of each month, for service for that month. You
will be sent a payment receipt via e-mail that confirms your payment has
been made.
Pre-payments
For those without a credit card (or who choose to pay by other
means), you may make a payment on your account in 6 or 12 month payment increments, using any form of payment
below. You will be
sent an invoice when your pre-payment term is about to expired.
Payment forms
You will have your
choice of the following payment types:
- Visa and MasterCard credit cards, for either one-time or recurring automatic monthly payments
- Online check
- Check by fax
- Check, cashiers
check, money order by mail
Due date
The due date for
your monthly payment is the 1st of each month. You will be sent a
reminder e-mail at that time if your payment has not been received by
us, or if your credit card or check was denied. If we do not receive payment
by the 5th of the month, your account will be subject to suspension.
If we do not receive payment by the next invoicing date, your account
will be cancelled.
Account
suspension
If your account is
suspended, you will not be able to access your website content or
use your e-mail service. There will be a $20.00 charge + the cost of
your current month in order to reactivate your service.
In no event will
GetAWebsiteOnThe.Net be liable for any damages, including without
limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of the inability to use
GetAWebsiteOnThe.Net's services or any content thereon while your
account is in suspension.
Account
cancellation
If your payment is
still not received by the next billing date, your account will
immediately be cancelled and you will automatically lose all website
content and e-mail service for good.
If you know that you will be canceling your account, please use the hosting account
cancellation form (located in your administrative control panel) as soon as your payment is due.
